Cancellation policy

How to cancel
- Sign in to Lake Projections and open Profile.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Select Manage billing to open Stripe's secure Billing Portal.
- Choose the option to cancel your subscription.
If you cannot access the Billing Portal, email lakeprojections@gmail.com from the address used for your account.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Your subscription remains active, with access to the additional Pro forecast dates when available, until the end of the period you already paid for.
Signing out does not cancel a subscription. Check the Billing Portal for the displayed end date and confirmation.
Failed payments
A failed or past-due payment removes Pro access. You can update your payment method through the Billing Portal. Pro access returns after Stripe confirms successful payment and the subscription is active.
Refunds
Cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the current period. See the refund policy for billing-error and legally required exceptions.
