Lake Projections policies

Refund policy

Effective August 28, 2026

Privacy Terms Refunds Cancellation

Subscription charges

Lake Projections Pro is billed monthly. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.

This policy does not limit any refund right required by law.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe a charge was duplicated, incorrect, or made after a timely cancellation, email lakeprojections@gmail.com promptly. Include the email address on the account, the charge date, and a short description. Do not send card numbers or other payment credentials.

We review billing errors individually. If we confirm an incorrect charge, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Canceling future renewals

Cancel through Profile before your next renewal to prevent another monthly charge. Cancellation does not reverse the current charge, and Pro remains available through the paid period. See the cancellation policy for instructions.
